Iron roller shutters

Corrugated iron roller shutters had been developed for security purposes. Such roller shutters have already been manufactured at the end of the 19th century. It is made from 0.5 mm thick steel plates; the largest possible size is 12 square metres.

It is manufactured by traditional hand work.
Shutter box is needed to its installation; it can be operated by springs and/or motor. It provides protection against all kinds of damaging, unauthorized entry, as well as the spraying of graffiti on window displays. In historical city parts authorities do not allow to install other kinds of protecting roller shutters instead of the old ones damaged.
